We provide the perfect party for any occasion: Birthdays, Brownies, Boy Scouts, Graduations, Family Get-Togethers, End-of-the-Season Sports Party. We have parties on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm (Sat.only) SAG is the perfect place for any reason to celebrate! Please contact our office for more information!

Sandhills Academy of Gymnastics offers a great party package. Come enjoy one full of hour of gymnastics fun and excitement for your child and his or her friends on gymnastics events such as trampoline, pit trapezes and tumble track. You can even climb the walls! After playing in the gym, your child can continue the celebration for 30 minutes in our balcony with refreshments you have brought. If you are celebrating a birthday or just getting together for a good time, Sandhills Academy is the ONLY place to be! A truly unique experience that your child will always remember.

Costs:

The cost of a Gymnastics Party for up to 8 guest is $98 which includes the $50 no-refundable deposit. Each additional guest after 8 is $6
The cost for a Climbing & Gymnastics party up to 8 guests is $114, which includes the $50 non-refundable deposit. Each additional guest after 8 is $8.
The party can be highly structured like a class or open play like Fun Gym.
You can arrange for group games and parachutes or have pit races. Please see party contract for more information.

We Provide:

Set-Up: Refreshment Area and Gymnastics Equipment.
Invitations including a liability release
Memento: Each guest will receive a sport bottle with a Fun Gym coupon
Entertainment: The kids will a blast playing in the foam pit, jumping on the trampoline, tumbling through our gymnastics circuits, shaking the parachute, or climbing our 25 foot rock wall.

Policies:

To ensure that we provide adequate instructions for your party, the number of guests that are confirmed will be the minimum number for which you will be charged. Any additional guests will be included in the balance due. The number of coaches assigned to the party will be based on the number confirmed by the Wednesday before the party.

Only children who bring signed liability forms to (on invitations) will be allowed to participate. Due to tight scheduling, all parties will start and end on time.

Scheduling Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis on Saturdays at 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm and on Sundays at 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm. Sorry, we can not book parties over the phone or by mail. Please stop by our office to fill outs a contract and to get your invitations.
