An annual registration fee of $45 per child is due at the time of enrollment and is renewable annually. This fee is not refundable or transferable.

Enrollment is encouraged before the start of the semester, although, you may enroll at any time, space permitting. Once enrolled, you are responsible for the entire semester. There are no drops or cancellations and all fees and tuitions are non-refundable.

Tuition for the semester is due accordingly:

1. One-half of the semester tuition is due at the time of registration and the balance of the tuition is due, no later than the due date given, approximately 6 weeks from the start of classes.

A $50 late fee will be added for all payments made after the due date

2.  You may set up an automatic payment plan using a credit card or debit card by filling out a form at the front desk. This is the only way we can accept monthly payments

There is a $30 fee on all returned checks.

Each additional family member (after one) will receive a 10% discount on tuition.

Refunds
Registration fees, tuition, and summer fees are non-refundable.  If the Owners or Office Manager feels there are unique circumstances, we will discuss with you the best way to resolve the situation.

Make-Up Classes
No credits or refunds will be given for classes not attended.  Sandhills Academy of Gymnastics offers one make-up class per month.  Your child can make up one missed class per month by either attending an equivalent class on a different day (space permitting) or one hour of Fun Gym.  If your child misses a class due to the Thanksgiving, Labor Day or Memorial Day holidays, he/she may schedule a make-up class or get a pass for Fun Gym to make up for the missed class.  You must schedule your make-up class in the main office.  Fun Gym passes are also available in the main office.

Class Guidelines
Gymnasts are to wait upstairs in the Gallery before class.  The instructor will come get the class and return them to the Gallery after class.

• Gymnasts must wear athletic clothing only.
• No zippers, snaps or buttons.
• Stomach must be covered.
• Long hair must be pulled back.
• No jewelry or gum allowed.
• The gymnasts must stay with their instructor.
• Gymnasts must follow all safety rules and must follow all instructions.

If your child is ill with a fever or other infectious condition, please keep them at home.  We will be happy to schedule a makeup class when they are feeling better.

Visitors are encouraged to observe classes from the gallery.  Please do not talk to or otherwise distract the gymnasts participating in the classes.  Any interruption could result in serious injury. The gallery is for viewing only.  No playing or running on or around the bleachers.
