Red Stars

Red Stars for Girls is for ages 5 yrs and older. This is a fun recreational class designed to learn the basic building blocks of gymnastics. Each of the gymnastics events introduces a different world of challenges for a child’s mind and body. Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor exercise are taught plus Trampoline and Tumble Track. Emphasis is placed on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination, body awareness as well as focus, concentration and self-confidence!

White Stars

White Stars is for girls ages 6 and up who have completed the Red Stars Girls program. This This is a 1 and 1/2 hour class.

Blue Stars  & Gold Stars

Blue Stars is for girls who have completed the White Stars program and are 6 years old or older. The USAG Level 2 skills and routines are taught while working on new skills and perfecting current ones. Greater attention is placed on form and technique. This is a 2 hour class.

Gold Stars is also a 2 hours class and is for girls who have mastered the Blue Stars skills. This class will challenge your gymnast with advanced skills and techniques.
