Winter/Spring Semester 19 weeks:  January 7, 2013 to May 24, 2013

The Homeschool Gymnastics program provides a well rounded fitness experience. Focus of this class is on basic gymnastics skills plus fitness skills such as jump rope, running, situps, pushups, and other conditioning. Homeschool students are tested each year using the President’s Fitness Challenge. This is an one hour class. 1 hour class for boys and girls ages 5 & up
